Calculating PDCAAS for %DV Protein


The PDCAAS (protein digestibility corrected amino acid score) is used to evaluate the quality of a food’s protein and is commonly used to determine the %DV to show on your label. A PDCAAS either comes from lab analysis or through manual calculation.
