2008 Genesis R&D SQL Training, March 6 and 7 at the San Diego Training and Conference Center in downtown San Diego. Registration to current Priority Support members is $675. See details on registration form and map below.

Training includes hands-on instruction with the Genesis R&D SQL version features, file maintenance and discussion on labeling regulations. The agenda includes:

• Adding new ingredients
• Creating recipes and formulas
• Creating Nutrition Facts panels, ingredient statements and allergen statements
• Adjustments to fine tune analyses for moisture content and yield adjustments
• Working with the ESHA database and file management
• Compliance with FDA regulations...and more
