A: REE Calories = REE/min x duration/min
(These are the Calories expended just being alive)

*Activity Calories = Mets x duration minutes x 0.0175 kcal/kg/min x kg body weight

(0.0175 is a constant that represents the post exercise oxygen consumption)
(These are the Calories expended from doing the specific exercise)
