This can be caused be a few different things: 1. Make sure that the database containing the item is listed as active (steps). 2. The food item in question was saved with a specific item stored in a specific database, and upon retrieval, the link between the name and subsequent data was broken. To repair the link, click the food item in question and press F8. This will force a search for the item again, after which adding the item again will update the link. 3. The item in question has been deleted or removed from the database altogether. In this case, the only option is to retype a portion of the description, and find a substitute item for entry into the foodlist.
