This is a result of 1 of 2 things:
1. If the program is installed to a network drive, then it's possible that the permissions for a given user aren't setup correctly.  Under Novell, the user will need Read, Write, FileScan, Modify, Create and Erase rights (or equivilant).   Under NT, the user will need to have Change rights (or equivilant).  A simple test is to log onto the network as an administrator and follow the same procedure to start the program.

2. You need a new RTA file. Please contact us with customer number, and we will email, ftp, or send via diskette. If you cannot locate your customer number, we can usually look it up here with the name or zip code of our contact person with your organization.
