1. Make sure both databases are active and that the destination database is marked as the Default Save File.
2. Go to the 'Database' Menu.
3. Choose 'Copy Items'.
4. Choose what type of database you are copying from the Tabs across the top: Food Item, Foodlist, and Profile.
5. Down at the bottom of the dialog, you should see 'Search In File'. Select the Source database from this list. (You may need to press the 'Search' button for the list to refresh.)
6. Select the item(s) you wish to copy. For multiple items hold down CTRL while you select. To select all items, Select the first item, hold down SHIFT, and press PAGE DOWN until all are selected.
7. Click the 'COPY' Button.
8. Make sure all info on next dialog looks ok. If so, continue.  If it appears to be the wrong database, revisit #1 above to make sure the destination database is the default save to file.
9. Press the 'ENTER' key on your keyboard.  This is the same as clicking the 'SAVE' button.  Press ENTER again to OK from the confirmation of save.
10. The program will prompt you for each save, then each confirmation.  Pressing (or holding) the ENTER key down will help speed you through the multiple dialog boxes.
11. Go to the 'Database' Menu and Choose 'Select Active Databases'.
12. Remove the Source database from the Active List and Press the Save button on the right.

This is a fairly general way to do it. If you have any problems with these instructions, contact Technical Support.
