Creating a 3 day food record is as simple as creating 4 separate foodlists. You basically create 1 foodlist for each day and then 1 final foodlist to bring the 3 days together.
  1. Create a foodlist for each day. Name then something simple like: Bob Smith Day 1, Bob Smith Day 2, etc.
  2. Create a 4th foodlist. Again keep the name simple: Bob Smith 3 day avg.
  3. The food items in the 4th foodlist will actually be the foodlists you created for the individual days. To add them in, type in the name of the foodlist (ie Bob Smith Day 1) and then press your 'F7' key (not ENTER). Choose the foodlist out of the list and then enter in 1 each for the amount and measure.
  4. After you add in the 3 days, to obtain the Average of the 3 days, click on the Serving Size button (looks like a pie). The option on the bottom is 'Divide Foodlist', put in a 3 and make sure it is selected. Press OK.
That should take care of it.
