- Open the "Database" menu
- Choose "Select Active Databases"
- Choose the drive and directory that your database files are stored in by selecting the drive letter across the top and directory on the left.
- In the dialog box, in the center towards the top you will notice 3 tabs: Food Item, Foodlist, and Profile
REPEAT STEPS 5-7 FOR ALL 3 TABS
- Choose which databases you want to activate out of the "Database Files" box, and then press the "Add" button
- Choose one of the "Active" databases to be the "Default Save File" and press the "Set Save File" button (This will put an asterisk(*) next to the database)
- Press the "Save" button all the way on the right and you will receive a message saying "Default file selection successfully saved"
- Press the "OK" button when finished. You should get a message saying "Opening Food Item files" with the blue drip.
