After applying the 9.7.0 update, your Ingredient Statement may only be showing the Alternate Name, and not the Ingredient Statement portion of the ingredient(s) (or parenthetical portion).
Unfortunately, this is a bug in the 9.7.0 version. This has been addressed and there is now a patch available for Genesis 9.7.0. You may download this patch:
This .msp file is an installation program, and should be executed on each computer that houses your existing Genesis R&D 9.7.x installation. There is no patch or update to the database, only to the Genesis application itself. After patching, you can check the installed version in Help / Information.
