Exporting Nutrition Facts or Supplement Facts Label to file crashes the program.

Why was this unhelpful? Thank you for rating this answer. Note: The following knowledge base article only applies to The Food Processor SQL v10.4.0 and Genesis R&D SQL v9.3.0. When you export the Nutrition Facts or Supplement Facts labels to file, it may crash the program. If this is happening to you then you need to follow these instructions: 1. Download the file -          Food Processor SQL: http://download.esha.com/updates/foodprosql/fp-10.4.0-ExportImageFix.exe          Genesis SQL: http://download.esha.com/updates/gensql/gen-9.3.0-ExportImageFix.exe 2. Launch the downloaded file. Be sure to browse to the directory that the program is installed into. (It will default to our default install location) 3. Once the file is copied. Start up your program and try the export again.
