Software Sales Associate

ESHA Research, located in Salem, Oregon is looking for a hardworking self-driven Software Sales Associate. Candidate must be motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities                                                                                  

  • Learn our core products and consult clients as to the best fit for their needs
  • Responsible for selling products and/or services primarily via telephone, email, and web tools
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer requests
  • Learn internal sales administration tools and processes
  • Daily follow up on lead generation from web marketing, lead generation efforts, and client referrals
  • Prospect and close new business by making calls, leveraging existing customer referrals, and hosting online meetings and webinars with interested parties
  • Prepare sales presentations, documentation, and activity reports as required
  • Work directly as a team member with sales and marketing and all members of the company
  • Provide excellent service to customers and prospects by anticipating their needs and finding creative solutions to their challenges
  • Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Engage new customers with relationship building to grow customer loyalty
  • Deliver company expected level of service from initial contact to closing and throughout the business relationship
  • Utilize and leverage company CRM system for customer relationship management and tracking
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities such as reading sales and marketing publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in sales and marketing organizations
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Create sales presentations and host product webinars

Experience & Core Competencies

  • 1 to 5 Years sales experience or college degree in business or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Efficient and well organized in managing time and activities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software acumen
  • Professional credibility
  • Work well in team environment
  • Ability to answer objections
  • Ability to learn technical information and communicate technical details required
  • Follow direction and be receptive to feedback from management team
  • Creative problem solving dynamics

How to Stand Out

  • Bi-lingual (English primary, with Spanish secondary)
  • Experience with sales customer relationship software is a plus (SugarCRM and Pardot)
